Yann-Fen Chao completed her PhD study from Rush University College of Nursing in1991. Currently she is a Chair, Professor and Dean of College of Nursing at Hungkuang University in Taichung City, Taiwan. Dr. Chao published more than 100 research papers with 44 in SCI journals. She also served as an editorial board member of a SCI journal.

Her research areas are patient safety, symptom management and nursing education.

Setyowati is a nursing professor at the Indonesian university faculty of nursing. She has been a lecturer since 1989 until now and a registered nurse at Canterbury Hospital. NSW, Australia in 1989-1990 and at Auburn Hospital, NSW, Australia in 1990-1991. She is an expert in the field of maternity nursing science. Her experience in scientific works has been widely published nationally and internationally. The following is the latest scientific article, among others, The Needs and Services of Elderly Women Based on Kinship in Indonesia: A Qualitative Study, American Journal of Nursing Science, vol. 6 (3): 141-145 in 2017; SETIA Health Education Sets Enchances Knowledge, Attitude, and Parenting Self-Efficacy Score in Postpartum Adolescent Mothers, Comprehensive Child and Adolescent Nursing, vol 40: sup1, 114-127, 2017. She is also active as a keynote speaker in various scientific seminars. She has also produced various reference books. She has also obtained patent rights for Pain Digital Accupresure (PDA).

Rodel C Aguirre has an extensive background in acute and critical care nursing practicing as Advanced Practice Provider with focus on adult gerontology. With his extensive understanding of health and wellness. Rodel is passionate in empowering adult gerontology patient in the management of their health. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi, Philippines. He completed a master’s program degree as an acute care nurse practitioner from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona, USA. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to practice nursing internationally, including Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. Before his current role as an advanced nursing practitioner, Rodel worked as a nursing supervisor at the cardiovascular intensive care unit at Medical City Arlington in Texas. He currently holds a certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), as well as the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). He is a member of American College of Physicians (ACP), The National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, Texas Nurse Practitioner Association (TNP) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. He currently works as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in an Internal Medicine-Critical Care Medicine Private Clinic. He is a co-founder of PerfectSK Medical Laser Center in Mansfield, Texas.
